If you would like your account and personal information to be deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below.

📌 How to request data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data by sending an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for registration
  • Mobile number (if applicable)
  • Order ID or partner ID (optional)

🗑️ What data will be deleted

Once verified, we will delete:

  • Account profile details
  • Contact information
  • Course progress & certificates
  • Affiliate & referral data (if applicable)
  • Any communication history

Note: Financial transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.

⏳ Deletion Timeline

Data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 business days after verification of your request.

❌ Cancelling your deletion request

If you change your mind within 48 hours, reply to your request email with:

"Cancel data deletion"
