• Mobile Number (if applicable)
• Order ID / Partner ID (if available)
We may request additional verification if necessary to protect account security.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete:
• Account profile information
• Contact details
• Course enrollment records
• Course progress & certificates
• LMS performance data
• Affiliate / referral records (if applicable)
• Support communication history
Data That May Be Retained
For legal, financial, or compliance reasons, we may retain:
• Payment transaction records
• Tax invoices
• Regulatory compliance documentation
Such data will be retained only as required by applicable laws.
Deletion Timeline
Once your identity is verified:
• Data deletion will be completed within 7–30 business days.
• You will receive confirmation once the process is finalized.
Cancelling Your Deletion Request
If you wish to cancel your request within 48 hours of submission, reply to your original email with:
"Cancel Data Deletion Request"
After processing begins, restoration may not be possible.
