Cancellation & Refund Policy – LittleChessChamps.com

  1. Organizer Cancellations or Postponements
    • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be notified at the earliest. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the organizer’s policy.
  2. Participant Cancellations
    • Registrations are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable. However, if the organizer has explicitly allowed cancellations, the same will be mentioned in the event details.
  3. No-shows
    • Players who fail to attend the event after registering will not be eligible for any refund or transfer of fees.
  4. Force Majeure
    • In case of unavoidable situations such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the organizer.
  5. Technical / Payment Failures
    • If a participant’s payment is charged but registration is not confirmed due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

LittleChessChamps.com is not directly responsible for cancellations or refunds but will assist participants in coordinating with the organizer.
